ReadyChime is a family pickup-coordination service. By using it you agree to these terms.

Not an emergency service

ReadyChime is a coordination tool, not an emergency-response or personal-safety service. Message delivery depends on cellular networks and third-party carriers and is not guaranteed or instantaneous. Never rely on ReadyChime in an emergency; call local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Only add contacts who have agreed to receive pickup notifications; each contact must verify their number before any are sent.
• Keep your account credentials and button callback URL private.
• Use the service only for lawful, personal coordination purposes.

ReadyChime reservations

The $10 early-access reservation is governed by the Reservation Terms, which supplement these terms. The reservation is fully refundable and is not the final purchase of a ReadyChime.

Service

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be discontinued. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you have paid to ReadyChime.
