ReadyChime is a family pickup-coordination service. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and household name.
• Recipient information: the names and phone numbers of the trusted contacts you add to your household.
• Service activity: button presses, notification and delivery history, and device telemetry (such as battery level) from your pickup button.

How we use it

Only to run the service: delivering pickup notifications and reminders to contacts who have verified their number, showing you your own household's history, and keeping the service reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the notifications described above, and only after the contact confirms a one-time verification code. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with button activity.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the vendors that host and deliver the service (application hosting and SMS delivery), and only as needed to operate it.

Retention and deletion

Household data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, or to ask any privacy question, contact contact@readychime.com.
