Reservation Terms

A reservation, not a purchase

Your $10 deposit reserves early access to ReadyChime’s first production release and helps us plan how many devices to build. It is not a purchase of a ReadyChime and does not guarantee a particular unit, final price, availability date, or delivery date.

When ordering opens

We’ll email reservation holders before general ordering with final product details, pricing, expected timing, and the steps needed to complete a purchase. You can review that information before deciding whether to order. If you complete an order, the full $10 deposit will be credited toward the ReadyChime purchase price. Any remaining product price, taxes, shipping, service fees, and final purchase terms will be shown before you place that order.

Refunds and cancellation

Your deposit is fully refundable until it is applied to a completed ReadyChime purchase. To cancel, email contact@readychime.com from the email address used at checkout. We will initiate the full refund to your original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If ReadyChime cancels the reservation program or decides not to offer you the opportunity to complete a purchase, we will cancel your reservation and automatically refund the full $10 to your original payment method.

Reservation updates

We’ll use the email address provided at checkout for reservation, product, ordering, and refund updates. A reservation does not otherwise subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your agreement

These Reservation Terms supplement the ReadyChime Terms of Service. If they conflict about your reservation, these Reservation Terms control. The version you accept at checkout governs your reservation; updates apply only to later reservations unless you agree to them.
